Custom features, workflows, and automations are built in iteration cycles. Your team provides feedback at each sprint. Marketing operations and AI-assisted campaigns begin running live.
Performance tuning, security hardening, documentation, and transition preparation. Your team is fully trained. The ownership transfer package is assembled and reviewed.
All code, infrastructure access, documentation, and IP transfer to you. Ongoing operations support continues at a reduced maintenance rate. You own everything — no strings attached.
Ownership transfer is complete at month 12. From that point, you operate the system with full ownership. Many clients continue with an optional support agreement while they build internal capacity — or take it fully in-house from day one.
